All sales are final.
I use Australia Post for all my postage. A tracking number will be sent upon items collected by Australia Post. Deliveries are via airmail, so you can expect your order within 1 - 3 weeks, from packing to delivery depending on your country.
Please think that I ensure all works are safe and properly packaged before shipping, I’m not responsible if your package and artwork arrives damaged/stolen that’s out of my control.
No artwork will be re done or shipped again for free but you will be prioritized as well as shipping if you wanna purchase another piece.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. This includes the postage to get a new package sent to you, and any customs duties or taxes imposed on packages during shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Artworks in original condition, unopened without any damage can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of order receipt. Artwork must be returned in the same condition as it was received, Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.
