Shipping policy

ART SHIPPING INFO

 

All sales are final.

I do my very best to ensure all works are safe and properly packaged before shipping, I’m not responsible if your package and artwork arrives damaged/stolen that’s out of my control.

No artwork will be re done or shipped again for free but you will be prioritised as well as shipping if you want to purchase another piece.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.

I use Australia Post for all my postage.  A tracking number will be sent upon items collected by Australia Post.  Deliveries are via airmail, so you can expect your order within 1 - 2 weeks, depending on your country.

I use standard air mail shipping and packaging worldwide.  So far, this has been a positive experience and most items arrive faster than expected.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. This includes the postage to get a new package sent to you, and any customs duties or taxes imposed on packages during shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please be advised that shipping during major holiday seasons such as Christmas or Easter could delay the process.

 

My studio is based in Queensland Australia, which means all international orders are subject to clearance by customs and may cause a delay in the delivery of your artwork which may also include additional customs duty charges for the customer.

 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

I currently use Australia Post for postage.  A tracking number will be supplied once the items have shipped and you will receive an email notification that your items have been shipped with a tracking number attached.

Deliveries within Australia are expected within 1 - 2 weeks.

If you are not home, a card will be left from Australia Post to collect at your nearest Post Office so you can be assured your order will be safe.

 

EXPRESS

If you require a next day delivery please contact me and I can organise an Express Post option or Courier for you at your expense.  You will receive a separate invoice for this and can pay at the checkout.  

 

IMPORTANT

Please make sure your postal address is correct before you purchase an item.  If you notice a problem during/after checkout please let me know immediately so that I don't send your parcel in the wrong direction.

All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
