PROCESSING AND DETAILS

Turnaround time for artwork is expected to be 3 - 6 weeks until completion and delivery. 

Please note that due to the nature of my freelance schedule and international location, there may occasionally be delays, and some projects could take up to 3 months to complete. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you're placing a time-sensitive order—such as a gift—please send me an email.

Please let me know in a short email which character you would like to request. 

YES to celebrity and actor likeness :D

NO to family or pet portraits, likeness of private individuals / real people and cartoons.

All background elements are at the artist's discretion. 

I do my best to ensure all artworks are packed safe and really well before shipping, once the package has left my studio it is beyond my control and I am not responsible if the package and artwork arrives damaged/stolen.

No artwork will be re-done or shipped again for free but you will be prioritised as well as shipping if you wanna purchase another piece.

Please be advised that shipping during major holiday seasons such as Christmas or Easter could delay the process.

ALL art and commission sales are final.

Finished pastel paintings will be posted worldwide unframed.
